How to Block a Program From Connecting to the Internet in Windows 10?

Procedure to Block an App from Accessing the Internet on Windows 10: 

1. First of all search for Windows Defender Firewall from windows search or find it inside the Control panel. 
   
   
   
2. Click on the Advanced settings options on the control panel home page. 
   
   
   
3. It will open Windows Defender Firewall with the Advanced Security page. 
   
   
   
4. Here first, click on the outbound rules present at the top-left of the page then click on the New Rule options present at the top-right corner of the page. 
   
   
   
5. Now you have to select the type of Rule you want to create. Select the Program options from the menu. 
   
   
   
6. Now select the program, which you want to should stop accessing the internet. 
   
   
   
7. On the next page, you have to select the action you want to perform. Here select the Block the connection option from the menu. 
   
   
   
8. On the next page, you have to select the connection from which you want to apply this rule. For instance, you check all three options. 
   
   
   
9. At last, give a name to your rule, and if you want you can also give a description of the new rule and click on the Finish button. 
   
   
   
10. As you click on the finish button, you are redirected to the first page where you can view your new rule in action. 
    
    
    
11. If you wish to delete any rule that was made earlier just click on the rule and click on the delete option provided on the right side of the page.
