Procedure:
- First of all, we are going to fix the missing DLL files, for that open the folder where you have installed the game.
- Now open the "Redist" folder, then open the "DirectX" folder, and inside that folder search for "DXSETUP.exe".
- Double-click on the executable file and follow the on-screen instruction to install all the missing DLL files.
- Now your DLL file problem is solved, but if you try to open the game you will be greeted with the prompt "steam must be running to play this game", so now we will have to solve this problem. To solve this problem open the folder from where you have installed the game.
- Here look for a folder named COD-Black Ops or Crack or Steam, basically, any folder with some files in it named BlackOps.exe, BlackOpsMP.exe, Skidrow.ini, steam_appi.txt, Steamclient.dll.
- Now, that you have found the files, just copy all the files and paste them into the installed folder and replace all the previous files, now your game is ready, enjoy.
